Package: centericq Version: 4.20.0-6 Severity: wishlist
When messaging AIM contacts in the contact list that appear to be offline, centericq queues the message in an 'offline' file under .centericq/acontactname This makes it impossible to respond to messages from AIM users in ones contact list who are set invisible. However, removing that user from the contact list (presumably keeping centericq from having any information about their status) allows replies to go through. The program would be much less frustrating without this feature. -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.10 Locale: LANG=en_US, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Versions of packages centericq depends on: ii centericq-common 4.20.0-6 A text-mode multi-protocol instant ii libc6 2.3.2.ds1-22 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libcurl3 7.13.2-3 Multi-protocol file transfer libra ii libgcc1 1:3.4.3-13 GCC support library ii libgnutls11 1.0.16-13.1 GNU TLS library - runtime library ii libgpg-error0 1.0-1 library for common error values an ii libgpgme11 1.0.2-1 GPGME - GnuPG Made Easy ii libidn11 0.5.13-1.0 GNU libidn library, implementation ii libjpeg62 6b-10 The Independent JPEG Group's JPEG ii libncurses5 5.4-4 Shared libraries for terminal hand ii libssl0.9.7 0.9.7g-1 SSL shared libraries ii libstdc++5 1:3.3.6-5 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii zlib1g 1:1.2.2-4 compression library - runtime -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
