Bumping the severity won't magically fix the bug, so no.
Does the ExaNoComposite option work around the bug? What about
disabling DRI?

The ExaNoComposite option increases dramatically the frequency of crashes. I
enabled it and it literally crashed three times in an hour. Perhaps useful for
debugging purposes, and I'd be willing to try again with this end in mind, but
no, it does not work around the bug.
I can't test the NoDRI option because my laptop will not resume from suspend
with that option enabled. I've tried throwing various quirks at s2ram, but have
not been able to get it to reliably resume from suspend. Thus, even if the
symptom were to disappear it could simply be chalked up to shutting the computer
down every 4 hours and restarting it. The bug would still be there, perhaps, I'd
just never have enough uptime to ever see it occur.
