Thanks Tim.

I added a few measures on /etc/lsb-base-logging.sh to make sure that
we check if Splashy is properly installed before doing any of the
Splashy additions to this script. In other words, everything should
run fine when Splashy is not installed.

This will be released on 0.3.12 in a few weeks. The fix is already on Git.
