Package: gsynaptics
Version: 0.9.14-6
Severity: important

gsynaptics complains "GSynaptics couldn't initialize.
You have to set 'SHMConfig' 'true' in xorg.conf or
XF86Config to use GSynaptics".

I have added a variation on the stanza in the README file
to no avail. (I have also added the exact stanza).

My device is
Bus 004 Device 007: ID 06cb:0009 Synaptics, Inc. Composite TouchPad and
TrackPoint

Does this work for anyone with modern Xorg versions?
