scrabble installs its dictionnary "scrabble-english" in
/usr/share/dict/. This is a problem because this file does not have
the same format as other dictionnaries in this directory (one word per
line). One consequence is that cracklib is confused by this file:
Is there an explicit policy about the format of files in this directory?
