The packaging was actually done 1,500 days ago :- ) I wasn't able to find a sponsor to upload it into Debian at the time, since I'm not actually a Debian Developer. Once I get my development environment set up again (recent computer changes), I'll take another look at it and see if anyone is interested now, or if one of my other current sponsors can upload it.
