Package: apt-listbugs
Version: 0.0.89
Severity: important

when I try to execute aptitude safe-upgrade I get a network error even
if my network seems to work properly (I can browse the and download from the
internet, works on network shares...). I have notice that this happens only if
there are a lot of debug info to download and seems this happens only if the
file to download is more than 32K.

This is a portion of the log I receive after a aptitude safe-upgrade
command:

It could be because your network is down, or because of broken proxy
servers, or the BTS server itself is down. Check network configuration
and try again
