Package: libgstreamer0.10-0 Version: 0.10.20-1 Severity: normal
If I play music via a gstreamer application and then play other music with another application, I get the following behaviour: 1. I start to play the first stream via gstreamer (I tested rhytmbox, quodlibet, xfmedia) 2. the output of the first stream via digital output is ok 3. no output in the internal speaker of my Mac mini 4. I start to play a second stream (no matter if this is a gstreamer app or not) 5. one channel of the digital output now plays a _very_ distorted second stream (sounds like 1 kHz sampling rate), the other channel is ok 6. the analog output with the internal speaker is the other way round: the second stream is ok, the first stream is distorted This does not happen if I play 2 streams with non-gstreamer applications. like xine or mplayer. I also tested with a fresh user without .gconf* .gstreamer-0.* .gnome* in the home directory, without success. Please give any advise what I could to to fix this, to at least to give more information so that it can be fixed.
