The current behavior of pushing to DVCS on commit is a bit of a throwback, since I decided a while ago that mr should behave as close to the normal behavior of each vcs as possible, rather than trying to impose one standard behavior on them all. But I've hesitated to changs the default commit behavior yet. Which is why the record subcommand command is there. -- see shy jo
