strange, i'm not sure why, but i've missed out on everything past the first post. my guess is that there's something wrong with the alioth mailing lists (where the bug reports should be sent) or something, but, eh....
anyway, i'm a bit hesitant to be patching nagios this close
to sarge, no matter how simple the patch seems. so unless i
hear any convincing objections, i'll include it in the next
non-sarge upload.
