amd64 built in one hour, powerpc is still not finished after 13. The
current running jar invocation already used over 2 hours of a Power 5
CPU. Uploading this would be a DoS against the buildds.
Is the bootstrap hotshot compiler that slow or is this a different one
than on x86?
