With the new enchant upload voikko support is now part of enchant itself, instead being provided by libenchant-voikko. Enchant now depends on libvoikko, which is correct, but also conflicts with libenchant-voikko which is included in the finnish task. Additionally, libvoikko (a small library in itself) is pulling a big voikko-fi with it, and I am planning to fix that by changing libvoikko's voikko-fi dependency into Suggests, and therefore it's beneficial to add voikko-fi to finnish task at the same time so that it will be installed for Finnish users also in the future.
