Bug#490395: libfinance-quote-perl upgrade breaks gnucash

I got the same problem. I ran the command-line program before I 
downgraded. Not much output, but here it is.

$ gnucash --add-price-quotes [filename]
gnc.bin-Message: main: binreloc relocation support was disabled at 
configure time.

Found Finance::Quote version 1.13
Aborted
