I'm using ubuntu and upgraded the old LTS 6.06 to 8.04 and ran in this problem.
it was caused by an old resolvconf script in /etc/resolvconf/update.d/dnsmasq get rid of it stoped dnsmasq using /var/run/dnsmasq/resolv.conf -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
