Package: initramfs-tools Version: 0.92e Severity: minor
When upgrading recently I noticed initramfs-tools give the following warning: Warning: Busybox is required for successful boot! ... but it isn't. I shut down, and rebooted perfectly successfully. This happened on two different machines (neither has busybox installed any more). Both are fine. Surely, if this warning were to be true, and busybox were truly necessary for a successful boot, then initramfs-tools should surely depend on busybox rather than merely recommending it.
