Hi! Sorry for the late reply; just got back from vacation.
I'm a little confused about what the problem is:
- Synergy already does hide the cursor when it moves off a desktop.
I'm using it now, and I have no mouse cursor on my main desktop while
using my other desktop. There may be bugs in this, but I think what
you're describing is the intended behavior.
- If you're talking about behavior with different windows on the same
desktop, I don't think synergy should change what the apps and desktop
do. It should duplicate exactly what's done without synergy running,
though; again, there may be a bug there.
- There's already a bug filed regarding some behavior when the desktop
is in focus-follows-mouse with some window managers; do you think what
you're seeing might be related?
At any rate, more detail would be appreciated.
