But non of these packages have been uploaded to CTAN. TeX Live takes
what is on CTAN. We are talking about 1500 packages, and we (upstream
TeX Live) are not able to follow each and every package around the
world.
I cjust checked, also now on CTAN there is 0.2.3. And thus also in TeX
Live, also in the hopefully soon to be released TeX Live 2008. And so it
will be in the Debian packages.
Please complain to the upstream authors to upload to CTAN. Thanks.
