The jar filesearch is now correct. IMO you may close bug #489214.
Anyway: jh_manifest still produces an invalid jar due to a bug in
fastjar -u option (see fastjar bug #489418).
This causes jh_depends (and spec-conform programs like OpenJDK jar) to
throw exceptions or behave strange when confronted with the jar produced
by jh_manifest. See javahelper bug #489432 which remains unsolved. Have
a look at my bug description and my proposed solution there.
I think you have to work around fastjar in jh_manifest if you want to
avoid being blocked by the fastjar bug.
