Package: auth2db Version: 0.2.4+dfsg-2 Severity: important Hello,
auth2db has a dependency on "sysklogd | syslog-ng | inetutils-syslogd" which makes it impossible to install it with any other syslog daemon. Please add an alternative dependency on the virtual package system-log-daemon to fix that. The change of the default syslog daemon from sysklogd to rsyslog is currently in process for lenny [1], [2] so I suggest to change the dependency to "rsyslogd | system-log-daemon" instead of listing every single available syslog daemon. greetings, jonas [1] http://lists.debian.org/debian-release/2008/04/msg00023.html [2] http://lists.debian.org/debian-release/2008/07/msg00117.html -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.25-1-amd64-resivo (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
