Upon starting iceweasel an error message displayed in a new window (the
same style as XML parse errors):

New profile doesn't help whatsoever, neither does purge and reinstall of
iceweasel package. If iceweasel-l10n-bg is removed everything works as
normal; if reinstalled, error message is reintroduced.
