Hello,

I didn't check the issue, but I think this is the result of totally different
modules for arguments in the command line and the configuration file.

Probably exceptDirsSep only works in command line. I will not correct this bug
for a very simple reason: There is a version of storeBackup nearly ready
which will fix it. Beside several new features (which are the reason for
switching to version 2) it will come with a new combined interface for
command line and configuration file. You will also be able to overwrite
settings in the configuration file on the command line. The parameter
exceptDirsSep simply goes away in this new version.

This new version is running now for some weeks in production for me and some
others. It's still missing the integration of the new lib/checkParam2.pl
module and documentation.

Now, please simply use a blank as a separator, until the new version is out.

If you are interested to test the next version, please write me a direct
email. A Beta will be available in a few weeks.

Regards,
Heinz-Josef Claes
