Yes, they are :)
I'll also take some code from the cpufreqd package to perform some
checks about /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/ or /proc/cpufreq
existence and I'll prepare some templates for an easy setup procedure
during installation.

Thanks a lot for the code and suggestion, I'll prepare a new package by
this weekend.
