Hm, the two problems above seem to be different problems where the first is a grave bug with all qt applications. That's why I decided to open another bug report containing only the first one (#311563).
Hence this bug report is only for the second bug that the first opened message window in licq is opend invisible but can be set visible by switching to that dialog window with ALT+TAB. It's working with other windowmanagers like gnome so that it has to be a bug in windowmaker. As far as I can remember the bug is existent in debian ia32 too and not only a amd64 bug.
