The kernel-patch-suspend2 package should be available, although only
in the experimental distribution.  See

    http://packages.debian.org/kernel-patch-suspend2

As far as I know, it's not normally a problem for a Suggests: to point
to packages that aren't in the main distribution.  If you're happy
with this, let me know and I'll close the bug :-)
