Hello,
I can confirm this affects headers built against kernels > 2.6.24,
including the latest stable vanilla from kernel.org (2.6.25.10 as of
this writing). i386 and x86 are combined, so the asm symlink should
point to asm-x86, not i386. Additionally, /arch/x86/Makefile_32.cpu
appears to be missing in headers generated by the latest build of
kernel-package. See also downstream bug report:
