The squid3-cgi priovided 'cachemgr3.cgi' binary built from the Squid-3
sources is now duplicating the 'cachemgr.cgi' binary built from the
Squid-2 sources.
While there are still some issues over the core Squid releases, this
helper now has a clear 2.x->3.0->3.1 upgrade path. It operates in a
manner that is back-compatible and independent of the squid/squid3
release confusion.
So there is now no need for a separate squid3-cgi package to exist.
The squid3-cgi package for Debian should be called simply squid-cgi, the
binary 'cachemgr.cgi', and supersede the 2.x helpers by that name.
