I'm not sure that oLschema2ldif really belongs there - it isn't any use
to Samba3's use of ldb.  

I'm reworking the inverse tool ad2OLschema in Samba4, and as a result,
pending consultation with simo, it is unlikely either will remain part
of the ldb package there.
