Package: dosbox
Version: 0.72-1.1
Severity: normal

$ strace -e open dosbox
<snip a lot of opens not related to MIDI>
open("/dev/snd/seq", O_WRONLY)          = 8
ALSA:Can't subscribe to MIDI port (65:0) nor (17:0)

directory)
open("/usr/local/lib/timidity/timidity.cfg", O_RDONLY) = -1 ENOENT (No such
file or directory)

...while on Debian systems, the file is actually located
at /etc/timidity/timidity.cfg

Note that I haven't tested if timidity support in dosbox actually works,
because I don't know how to test it. And anyway, it listens as ALSA MIDI port
128:0 in the default configuration.
