If I understand the severities right, grave is 'makes the package in question unusable or mostly so ..'. OK. No De-localization makes the package unusable (at least for my users :-). They won't even be able to read or understand the error message 'The language of Enigmail does not correspond to the language of your application! Enigmail can therefore NOT work.'. I'm not sure, wether enigmail then actually refuses to do anything or wether it will work (albeit with an english user interface). Regardless: It makes no difference. An application, whose dialogs cannot be understood by the users might as well be considered as not working for all practical purposes. I'd be really, really thankful to the maintainers, if the localization package found it's way into sarge. Thanks for your work, guys (and please make it available :-).
