It would be interesting to get a backtrace of the running epiphany
process, which must be locked up somewhere, which is why it doesn’t
close correctly.

Given the number of Flash-related bugs I received since the switch to
Gecko 1.9, I’m tempted to say it’s caused by this plugin, but only the
backtrace will tell us for sure.
