I think this is being caused by the incorrect date format shown by the
server, as it uses the same format as "ls -l" from the given user.
This is not a problem in plain text clients, but graphical ones can
produce wierd results, I've tried several.

I tried to build ftpd-ssl with " --time-style=+'%b %d %Y'" appended to
the "ls -lA" instances in the code to get "ftp compatible" dates in
the file listing, but got "login incorrect" when trying to login using
my own built binary. I didn't really try hard to figure it out, so I
don't know if my "trick" works.
