Package: cfingerd
Version: 1.4.3-2
Severity: normal

Hi,

cfingerd's postint unconditionally uses DebianNet.pm, but the
dependencies of the package don't require the module to be available.
This causes the package to fail to install if update-inetd is
not installed.

I have heard that packages should not depend directly on update-inetd
and instead depend on "openbsd-inetd | inet-superserver" and rely
on the chosen inetd to provide an update-inetd for its configuration
format. However, I'm not sure if they can also be assumed to provide
the perl module as well.

Thanks,

James
