If I try to use ocamlc as a drop in for ocamopt I get errors:

ocamlc -o ocextr ocextr.ml
./ocextr bdb_stubs.c > bdb.ml
ocamlc -inline 40 -c bdb.ml
/usr/bin/ocamlc: unknown option `-inline'.
Usage: ocamlc <options> <files>

It seems to not be a drop in replacement.

So I think the fix would be to change Architecture: all to Architecture:
i386, amd64, sparc
