No, libcurl cannot add that define in its headers. Or rather, if it would add
it, it would risk that the application has included system headers before the
libcurl headers and thus get a mixed and totally confused opinion about the
large file status.
In the libcurl project we're striving to make this easier and less likely to
cause troubles in the future, but this problem is not as easy to solve as this
issue makes it sounds like.
