Whoops - it should be the data dir, not the config dir.  Correcting 
header text for next packaging release.

That won't work, unfortunately: You need to populate the data dir 
manually before enabling automated migration to not get errors at each 
major package upgrade.


It is on my (loong and slow) todo to extend the packaging to include 
packages for different setups like single-site CGI, multisite 
python-libapache, multisite twisted and so on.  But until then this 
can't be automated, I guess.
