Actually it was not an RPATH issue, but a change in how cmake passes shared libraries to the linker[1]. Thw new way does not work well if the library has no SONAME. Therefore I removed debian/cmake-no-soname-shlibs.patch and the problem seems to be fixed (although it generates more dpkg-shlibdeps warnings). A fixed upload will come soon.
