Hi Charles, I was first very confused as this not really medical... but it looks like debian-med is more about bioinformatics and seqan sure fits in there. So leaving naming issues aside (which can be resolved at some later point when things are getting too messy) what needs to be done to turn this into a debian-med project? I started packaging in http://bollin.googlecode.com/svn/seqan/trunk/debian/ but there are still plenty issues.
