Package: aptitude
Version: 0.4.11.3-1
Severity: wishlist

Now aptitude update lists only the number of new updates and number of
new packages.

It would be great, IMHO, if aptitude lists names of new packages (with
or without descriptions, optionally), and lists the changes in
upgradeable packages.
In the changes of upgradeable packages, IMHO, also would be useful not
only show packages for which upgrade has appeared after update, but
include info such as 'libfoo has 1.2.3 version is system, it was an
update to 1.2.4, now upgrade to 1.3.0 is available'.

Anyway, you are doing a great job with this program, thanks.
