Bug#311181: mkisofs: fails to create dvd filesystem from apparently valid files

It appears to be trying to pad when it doesn't need to in this case (pad
of 8 on one file, and pad of -8 on the next).  I don't know enough about
the internals of dvd filesystems to provide much more useful information
right now, but I am willing to help with whatever debugging is necessary.
xine and other video players play the files from the filesystem without
complaint, and this file set was successfully burned to dvd under
windows with nero.
