later (after i remove "splash vga=791" from the kernel command line)... i see at the system log : [ 3285.122496] splashy[8282]: segfault at c ip b7ec527d sp bfc0de20 error 4 in libsplashy.so.1.0.0[b7ec3000+5000] [ 3288.693082] splashy[8284]: segfault at c ip b7eef27d sp bf836240 error 4 in libsplashy.so.1.0.0[b7eed000+5000] testing "splashy test" return this seg-fault too. i try to test after a boot with no "splash" in the /proc/cmdline so i get : Splashy ERROR: libsplashy: Framebuffer is not configured properly please see http://tinyurl.com/339h67 Splashy ERROR: Couldn't splashy_start_splashy().
