Thanks. I'll grab these and attempt to upload this weekend. ICU 4.0 is not going to be out in time for Lenny, so I will probably not upload it until after Lenny is released, or maybe I will upload to experimental. The final ICU 4.0 isn't due until July, which is after the freeze of libraries with reverse dependencies. Since ICU has a nontrivial reverse dependency chain, a non-binary-compatible upgrade requires a transition, and even if ICU 4.0 were released today, there wouldn't be time for an ICU transition before Lenny.
