Package: rootstrap
Version: 0.3.21-1
Severity: normal

By adding something like

echo "# Disable hwclock at startup/shutdown" >> /etc/default/rcS
echo "HWCLOCKACCESS=no" >> /etc/default/rcS

to the scripts running in the newly configured UML, you can disable most[1]
invokations of hwclock on startup, which will be a nice solution to all
those people who are having problems with their hardware clocks.
