Package: exim4-config Version: 4.50-6 Severity: wishlist It would be nice if the default Debian exim4 configuration could listen on port 587 (submission) in addition to 25 (smtp), accepting only messages from authenticated senders on 587. See
http://www.exim.org/mail-archives/exim-users/Week-of-Mon-20040405/msg00368.html for an example how to do this without running two separate instances (just one config file, using the $interface_port expansion).
