I can confirm this and I have forwarded it to the upstream developers, at http://www.imagemagick.org/discourse-server/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=11367 Their answer is: "Not really a bug but we will look toward removing the font object if it is not used in a future release of ImageMagick." "There is no workaround other than patching coders/pdf.c. We will post a patch when time permits. Currently its considered a low priority (the embedded font has been in ImageMagick for 10+ years now and this is the first complaint)."
