The three « duplicate case values » mentioned at the end of the log seem to come from the fact that the macros GL_FRAMEBUFFER_BINDING_EXT and GL_READ_FRAMEBUFFER_BINDING_EXT, defined in /usr/include/GL/glext.h (included by /usr/include/GL/gl.h), have the same value in the stable version of this file.
