Package: apt Version: 0.7.14 Severity: wishlist Please fix # apt-get --no-download update to just use the files the user has accumulated via APT::Get::List-Cleanup false; or has copied to this machine and put into lists/partial etc., instead of insisting on connecting to the network. Also mention --no-download update's action on the apt-get man page. Currently the man page doesn't expect one to use --no-download with update. Do like the --print-uris paragraph and mention it also works with update.
