Hi, I guess you are aware of this issue, but I couldn’t find it in the bug reports. Currently, sid and lenny contain the 2.20 version of nautilus, but the 2.22 versions of most other gnome apps. This causes unexpected behaviour, for example files that are deleted (“Move to Trash”) in eog will not appear in the trash as displayed by nautilus on the Desktop, as the former uses new freedesktop.org-like directories, while the latter uses ~/.Trash, as a fried of mine running lenny noticed after an upgrade. I fixed this for her by installing nautilus 2.22 from experimental, but lenny, once released, should not have such mis-matching versions.
