This is actually fairly major when you have gigs of logs, you can't restart
your webserver and then the machine starts falling over because management
software (eg Plesk and cPanel) expect to be able to restart the webserver.
It's only minor if you don't have much traffic. The bug is STILL present
in etch.
Can we please get an update/backport of the fix into etch whatever it was?
I can think of atleast one better way, /etc/apache2/*.conf
/etc/apache2/conf.d/* .../mods-enabled/*.conf .../sites-enabled/*.conf
