This has also been reported in a debian bugreport against findlib. Am I missing something? The solution seems to simply be adding camlp4.cma/cmxa somewhere in the META. I don't know if you prefer adding it in the "gramlib" subpackage or rather adding a completely new subpackage for the purpose of linking camlp4.cma/cmxa. Let me know so that I can fix the debian package.
