Package: ircd-hybrid
Version: 1:1:7.2.2.dfsg.2-4.ssl1.ssl1
Severity: normal

419934 introduced a patch that is only useable if compiled with Openssl

(which, by the way, why isn't the stock package built with SSL?)

Anyway, patch 19_sslonly.dpatch is broken with a trivial fix:
s/->localClient->sockhost/->sockhost/
